At Sur-Ron™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. As an authorized Sur-Ron dealer, we stand behind the quality of our bikes, parts, and accessories. Please review our policy below:
Returns
- Customers may return unused products within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We will replace items that arrive defective or damaged at no additional cost.
- If you need an exchange for a different color or model, standard return conditions and restocking fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used bikes, batteries, chargers, and customized parts are not eligible for return.
- Clearance and promotional items are final sale.
Warranty & Service
All Sur-Ron bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims will be handled according to Sur-Ron’s official terms and conditions.
