Warranty Policy

At Sur-Ron™, we are proud to be an authorized Sur-Ron dealer and stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, and process for warranty claims on purchased items.


1. Warranty Coverage

All Sur-Ron products purchased through our dealership are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage applies to:

  • Electric Bikes (Sur-Ron Models)
    • Frame, motor, and main structural components.
  • Battery Packs
    • Protection against manufacturing defects and capacity loss beyond normal wear.
  • Chargers & Controllers
    • Protection against electrical or mechanical faults.
  • Accessories & Parts
    • Protection against defects under normal use.

2. Warranty Duration

  • Frame: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Motor & Controller: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Battery Pack: 6 months from the date of purchase (minimum 70% capacity retention).
  • Charger & Electronics: 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Accessories & Upgrades: 3 months from the date of purchase.

3. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Faults occurring under normal usage conditions.
  • Replacement or repair of defective parts at no cost during the warranty period.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Modifications, aftermarket upgrades, or use of non-Sur-Ron parts.
  • Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, grips, chains, cosmetic scratches).
  • Water damage caused by riding in unsuitable conditions.
  • Damage from racing, stunts, or commercial use beyond intended design.
  • Shipping costs for returns unless otherwise approved.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our service team at sales@surron-e-bike.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos of the defective part.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and confirm warranty eligibility.
  4. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or serviced according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

6. Shipping & Service

  • Customers are responsible for shipping items back for inspection unless otherwise stated.
  • If the item is confirmed defective under warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping for the replacement part.

7. Transfer of Warranty

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.


8. Limitation of Liability

Sur-Ron™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
